I say there is no such thing as too much gear. Which is probably wrong.
Photo & Video Stuff
My main camera is a Nikon D7200 with a 200-500mm Nikkor lens. I use a Nikon D3200 or Canon T6i with 18-55mm lenses for other photography and videos. I started with a Nikon Coolpix P1000.
I have a DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal that I use occasionally. And an old Manfrotto tripod.
Computer Programs
I use Darktable for editing RAW files. It is a free program and I highly recommend it. For simple cropping, Paint.NET or the default Windows Photos program. For other sorts of edits, Krita, Inkscape and GIMP.
DaVinci Resolve for editing videos and also audio.
